Sexy Fish Begins Celebrations For Its 10th Birthday With The Launch Of A Visionary Cocktail Menu
Sexy Fish Dubai, the latest outpost of the world-renowned Sexy Fish brand, is set to mark a major milestone with the launch of its highly anticipated new cocktail menu, ‘X’, celebrating ten years of daring innovation, storytelling and style. Debuting globally on June 27th, the menu commemorates a decade of creative cocktail craftsmanship across all Sexy Fish locations, from Mayfair to Miami, Manchester to Dubai.
The new ‘X’ cocktail menu is a bold tribute to the brand’s evolution from 2015 to 2025, showcasing 20 reimagined serves, ten cocktails and ten mocktails/low alcohol beverages. Each drink draws inspiration from the cultures, collaborators, and iconic moments that have shaped Sexy Fish over the last 10 years, delivering a collection that is as visually stunning as it is complex in flavour.
Highlights include:
- Miso Thirsty – a reimagined 2015 classic, combining whiskey, miso, plum and sesame. A nod to Sexy Fish’s renowned Japanese whisky collection and playful approach to mixology.
- Fit as a Fiddle – a serve of tequila, pineapple, yuzu, coconut and hibiscus, balancing indulgence and wellness, echoing the brand’s ‘naughty and nice’ ethos.
- Super Magic Monkey – a vibrant blend of vodka, citrus, ginger, gochujang, coconut and whey, inspired by the Silk Road and first featured on the 2019 menu, channelling the energy and dynamism of Shanghai.
Curated by Xavier Landais, Director of Beverage at Caprice Holdings, in collaboration with bar teams across all Sexy Fish locations, the ‘X’ menu is a celebration of the past and a bold statement of Sexy Fish’s global future, with Dubai now firmly part of the story.
