Cloud Dancer Brunch Lands At Sexy Fish Dubai

This January, Sexy Fish Dubai introduces a monthly, color-led brunch concept. Kicking off from January 17 to February 7, the opening chapter, Cloud Dancer, inspired by the Pantone Color of the Year, transforms the iconic DIFC destination in soft, luminous whites – setting the stage for a year of bold, high-impact color experience

Each Saturday, Sexy Fish Dubai shifts from its signature multicolored palette to shades of white, embodying Cloud Dancer, an immersive brunch experience. The most-loved element of the brunch, the White Candy Room, features sculptural and monochrome white desserts, creating a striking visual and culinary tableau. 

The atmosphere is brought to life by dancers in flowing white costumes and curated visual elements that reinforce the ethereal theme, while guests are invited to participate through the all-white Cloud Dancer dress code, blurring the line between audience and spectacle. To add a playful element of anticipation, chocolate bars are placed on the table for guests to enjoy, with one discreet Golden Ticket hidden inside, giving one lucky diner a Coral Brunch for two at the next experience.

Bringing the experience together, Cloud Dancer pairs its immersive visual world with a refined dining journey. Guests can enjoy a generous share-style spread of sushi, sashimi, salads, and raw bites, followed by signature mains including Spicy Beef Tenderloin, Black Cod with Harissa Miso, Salmon Teriyaki, and Chicken Tempura, accompanied by sharing sides such as Kimchi Fried Rice, Crispy Potatoes with yogurt dressing, and Grilled Sweetcorn with citrus butter.
