Ceremonia Under The Stars: GITANO Dubai Unveils An Exclusive Valentine’s Beachfront Brunch For Couples

This Valentine’s Day, GITANO Dubai sets the scene for a bold and beautiful celebration of love with Ceremonia Under the Stars, an intimate beachfront brunch experience created exclusively for couples on J1 Beach.

Blending GITANO’s signature bohemian glamour with the romance of the shoreline, Ceremonia Under the Stars unfolds beneath the open sky in a setting designed for connection, indulgence, and celebration. Couples will dine beachside at elegantly dressed private tables, complete with tablecloth service and access to a dedicated private bar, creating a refined, intimate atmosphere that feels effortlessly special.

At the heart of the experience is a vibrant Valentine’s brunch menu showcasing GITANO’s elevated Tulum inspired flavours. Diners can explore a selection of shareable small plates, including Hamachi Tostada with fermented chilies, Crispy Chili Chicken bites tossed in jalapeño butter, and Quesabirria filled with slow-roasted short rib and melted Chihuahua cheese.

For mains, guests can enjoy standout dishes including Roasted Chicken with Chilli, Garlic and Corn Salsa or Mexican Rice with refried black beans and pico de gallo, before ending on a sweet note with  a special Valentine’s dessert created exclusively for the occasion.

To complement the brunch, couples may choose between two curated beverage packages: three hours of unlimited bubbles for AED 1,250 per couple, or free-flowing champagne for AED 1,750 per couple, ensuring the celebration sparkles from first toast to final sip.
