Each of the 17 homegrown foodie favourites at Time Out Market Dubai, crafted by award-winning chefs and much-loved restaurateurs, will introduce a specially curated Ramadan dish available exclusively until Eid. These dishes showcase the essence of each kitchen while incorporating Arabic touches that celebrate the season’s flavours.

Guests can savour Little Jun’s Wagyu Short Rib Mandi, slow-cooked and served over jasmine rice with crispy onions and spiced yogurt, or Masti’s Sunset Silk, featuring pindi chana hummus, lamb boti kebab, lamb jus and za’atar olive naan. Pitfire’s Chicken Shawarma Pizza features a shawarma-spiced gravy base topped with roasted potatoes, Arabic pickles, and garlic sauce and Lana Lusa’s Lamb Shoulder is slow-cooked and glazed with silky pomegranate jus, served alongside roasted potatoes. For a sweet finish, Boon Coffee is serving Pistachio Rosewater Milk Cake, whilst traditional Arabic coffee and locally sourced dates are also available to order.
