Caffeine&Culture Launches Its Summer Collection
Emirati-founded roastery Caffeine&Culture, located in Dubai Design District, has launched its new summer beverage menu, offering a refreshing way to stay cool and caffeinated during the city’s hottest months. The Summer V60 Collection introduces four distinctive flavour profiles, including Watermelon, Peach Colombia, Lychee and Tobacco, each crafted through a considered co-fermentation process. With no added syrups or artificial flavourings, the process allows the natural character of the beans to shine.
Served over ice, the limited-batch roasted coffees are brewed using the V60, a pour-over method celebrated by specialty coffee lovers and baristas for its precision, clarity and brightness. The result is a refreshing summer serve that highlights the delicate aromas and nuanced tasting notes of each coffee while staying true to the craft behind every cup.
The Summer V60 Collection features four flavours, including the Watermelon, a unique fermented filter coffee with notes of watermelon, jasmine, rose and melon; Peach Colombia, a bright and aromatic filter coffee with notes of peach, lychee, jasmine and green tea; Lychee, a juicy and floral filter coffee with notes of rose, lychee and pink guava; Tobacco, a deeper and more complex profile with notes of tobacco, vanilla and dark chocolate.
The Summer V60 Collection is shaped by co-fermentation, an innovative process in which coffee beans are fermented alongside carefully selected organic ingredients, such as fruits, spices or florals, inside a sealed fermentation tank. This technique allows layered flavour notes to develop naturally while preserving the integrity of the coffee itself. Each batch requires close monitoring to ensure the added ingredients complement the beans’ natural characteristics rather than overpower them, resulting in a cup that feels expressive, balanced and intentional.
True to the belief that good coffee takes time, primary fermentation can take between 24 and 180 hours, followed by one to three weeks of drying. The beans are then rested for a further two to six weeks, allowing them to stabilise before brewing.
Built around the belief that creating and enjoying coffee should never be rushed, the roastery invites guests to slow down, explore the aromas of freshly roasted beans and choose the serve that best suits their palate, from the bright freshness of Watermelon to the deeper complexity of Tobacco. At the heart of Caffeine&Culture is a commitment to intentional coffee. Every bean is roasted on-site in limited-edition batches, allowing the team to get creative and curious as they draw out the most expressive qualities of each origin.
For those who prefer their coffee warm, even in the summer heat, each flavour is also available as a hot beverage. Each drink is available for AED 40 exclusively at Caffeine&Culture, In5 Design in Dubai Design District. Caffeine&Culture is open daily from 8am to 10pm, with free parking available.
