This autumn, Publiq European Bistro invites guests to experience the changing flavours of the season with its limited-time Autumn Vegan Menu, available from 1st September to 30th November 2026. Inspired by Europe’s harvest season, the menu presents a contemporary take on plant-based dining, celebrating fresh ingredients through thoughtfully crafted dishes that capture the essence of autumn.
Rather than focusing on a single ingredient throughout the campaign, the menu evolves over three months with a rotating harvest feature. September celebrates the earthy depth of mushrooms, October spotlights the natural sweetness of butternut squash, and November concludes with the vibrant versatility of carrots. Each ingredient is incorporated into selected signature dishes, offering guests a new seasonal highlight to discover throughout the campaign.
Crafted by Publiq’s culinary team, the menu blends authentic European inspiration with modern cooking techniques to create dishes that are both comforting and innovative.
