Blue Tokai UAE Brings Three Days Of Specialty Coffee Experiences To Dubai

Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is bringing three days of specialty coffee experiences to its BurJuman Mall café in Dubai from 17 to 19 August, offering coffee enthusiasts, baristas and the wider coffee community an opportunity to explore the craft, culture and diversity of Indian specialty coffee.

The programme begins on 17 August with a Latte Art Throwdown, where baristas will compete under pressure to showcase their latte art skills, with AED 3,000 in cash prizes up for grabs. On 18 August, Indian Barista Champion Suhas Dwarkanath will lead an intimate coffee experience inspired by the Japanese omakase tradition, guiding participants through a curated selection of exceptional Indian coffees and the stories behind their producers, roasts and flavours.

The series concludes on 19 August with Indian Coffee Cupping & Stories from Indian Estates, a guided tasting that explores the diversity of Indian specialty coffee through different flavours, aromas and processing methods, while delving into the estates, producers and regions behind each cup.

Together, the three experiences offer an immersive introduction to India’s specialty coffee landscape, while highlighting the expertise and coffee culture that Blue Tokai brings to the UAE.
