Powered by an extraordinary 75-tonne gas heater, the banya delivers an authentic, ritual-led steam experience rooted in centuries-old Eastern European tradition. Here, heat, steam and contrast therapy are elevated into a structured wellness practice. Guests experience deep, enveloping heat generated through hot air and water infusion, followed by venik rituals using handcrafted herbal whisks made from fir, birch and oak. This time-honoured method stimulates circulation, eases muscular tension, supports detoxification and restores natural vitality.

Separate men’s and women’s bath areas ensure privacy and comfort throughout the journey. The full hydrothermal area includes a Turkish hammam, several specialty steam rooms, a jacuzzy, ice baths, cold plunge barrels, Ice room (-5c), hyperbaric chamber, floating area and a salt grotto designed to support respiratory cleansingand skin health.
