Time Out Market Dubai Champions Dubai Fitness Challenge With Specially Curated Healthy Dishes Across 16 Homegrown Kitchens

Time Out Market Dubai, the city’s definitive culinary and cultural destination located in Souk Al Bahar, is getting behind this year’s Dubai Fitness Challenge with an exclusive, month-long lineup of wholesome, nutritious dishes. Running from 31st October to 29th November, 16 of the Market’s acclaimed homegrown kitchens have crafted dedicated health-conscious creations – proving that hitting fitness goals never means compromising on flavour.

Whether refuelling after a workout, tracking macronutrients, or simply embracing a balanced lifestyle during the citywide 30×30 initiative, diners can explore a wide variety of cuisines packed with lean proteins, complex grains, superfoods, and clean ingredients, complete with nutritional and calorie details.

Diners looking to hit their daily protein targets can tuck into Izu Burger’s Protein Maxxer, which stacks double Angus beef patties with Swiss cheese and a whole-egg chipotle sauce on a wholegrain bun, or Mattar’s Smoked Chicken Caesar Sandwich, slow-smoked over oak wood rather than fried to deliver authentic barbecue depth. For comfort, CQ French Brasserie serves tender grilled chicken breast alongside French Puy lentils, asparagus, and broccolini, while Café Isan presents its Triple Rice Garlic & Lime Chicken.

Wholesome superfoods and vibrant grain bowls take center stage across international concepts. BB Social Dining delivers a Vietnamese-inspired Chicken Bún Chả Bowl featuring chargrilled chicken patties over fresh garden green, while Little Jun’s serves the Feel Good Bowl, layering grilled chicken, beef bacon, sweet potato, and kimchi over cauliflower rice. Guests can also enjoy Mediterranean flavours with A la Grecque’s Trahana Chicken Power Bowl and Masti’s zesty, fat-free Corn Moong Sprout Chaat, tossed in a mint and tamarind dressing.

Those craving seafood, light bites, and mindful street food will find plenty of inventive options across the Market. REIF introduces a carb-conscious Riceless Yasai Maki, while Onda by Alici offers a pan-seared Seabream Fillet. Further highlights include Fusion Ceviche’s fresh Tuna Pokeball with edamame and avocado, Long Teng’s Shrimp-Stuffed Morel Mushrooms over potato purée, flame-grilled Al Pastor Chicken Tacos from Slab Cocina, a salad-inspired Chicken Caesar Pizza from Pitfire Pizza, and Three by Eva’s Halloumi Charcoal Bagel.

For a sweet finish, SCOOPI whips up artisanal Greek Yoghurt Ice Cream, naturally rich in protein and calcium and topped with fresh berries and pure honey.

All Dubai Fitness Challenge dishes are available daily from 31st October to 29th November, with no advance reservations required.

Parking is available in Souk Al Bahar and is complimentary for the first four hours.
