Philippines Independence Day

On June 12, His Excellency Alfonso Ferdinand, the Philippines Ambassador, raised the flag of the Philippines at City Centre Deira in the presence of community members to mark the 126th Philippines Independence Day. The ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials from the Philippines government office in the UAE, followed by a stunning parade with over 100 students dressed in traditional Filipino attire.
