Situated in the heart of Park Hyatt Dubai’s airy veranda, NOÉPE sits as a crown jewel of the property, consistently offering incredible views of the city’s gorgeous skyline and the glistening waters of the Dubai Creek complete with a delightful menu fusing New England and Nikkei cuisines.
