Hidden away in Maison Dali, the newly launched Mediterranean-Japanese brasserie at The Opus by Dame Zaha Hadid, is Dali Supper Club. Led by the three-Michelin-starred chef Tristin Farmer and Beverage Director Vitor Hugo Lourenço, Dali Supper Club is the late-night secret hideaway that brings together the mastery of playful dining, the boldness of an exceptional beverage programme and the energy of music to form the ultimate evening escape.

Accessible through a corridor that winds past the bustling kitchen and an exquisite wine cellar, the club invites guests to discover the space as a destination within a destination.

The interior unfolds like an avant-garde dream where eye-embroidered cushions and sculptural furnishings blur the line between art and function. At the heart of it all, Dali Supper Club stands as a bold tribute to Salvador Dali’s surrealist vision and the chef’s own multifaceted personality inviting guests into an atmosphere that is as theatrical as it is indulgent.

Cocktails are seen as art in Dali Supper Club, where the beverage programme is a canvas for liquid creativity with expertly crafted drinks inspired by the surreal, bold and the unexpected. Act One of the BARTENDER menu developed by Vitortakes inspiration from immersive art offering signature creations like spirit driven Glacier, citrus forward Phoenix or the fruity and creamy Splash. Each pour is a masterpiece, blending flavours, textures and presentation to surprise and delight.

In celebration of aperitivo hour, The Dali Supper Club unveils Red Passion—a bold and seductive lineup of eight Campari-forward cocktails. Each pour is priced at just AED 45, exclusively from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 7pm. It’s golden hour, elevated.

Beyondcocktails, the wine selection is just as captivating—an expansive yet eclectic collection of old-world vintages, celebrated vineyards and rare hidden gems. With over 50 wines by the glass, every sip unveils a new depth of flavour.

Dali Supper Club takes pride in Tristin Farmer’s innovative non-alcoholic beverage programme, a first of its kind to be designed by a three-Michelin-starred Chef. The philosophy anchoringthe non-alcoholic beverage program is to create unique beverages that replicate the characteristics of different styles of wine and sakefeaturing fruit infusions, fermentations and kombuchas.

Guests can dive into Chef Tristin’s tapas-style whimsical take on Japanese street-food for a light dinner or late-night snack. The imaginative menu is playful yet elegant featuring Quail Nuggets and Caviar, Black Cod Taco,Dali Foie Gras Sliders, Tonka Bean Churros and Koji Caramel Macarons.
