Al Rashidiya Library was established on 20 November 1989. The library gives visitors access to numerous works of literature written by the most well-known international authors.

Along with a reading room, activity room, and modern audio-visual features, it also has an area for kids. It offers kids educational and entertaining activities and events through yearly summer and winter camps.
