The main course carries the same quiet confidence, whether that is a Halibut Papillote lifted by virgin sauce and aromatic herbs, a Pan-Seared Striploin finished in its own juices, the Risotto “Riserva San Massimo” with morel mushrooms and arugula pesto, or a Chicken Breast “Milanese” under a Mediterranean crust.
