Aptly holding the titles of ‘Best Craftsman of France’ & ‘World’s Best Pastry Chef’ renowned Pastry Chef, Angelo Musa, is set to introduce his famous dessert, The Black Forest, to Bonbon Café Angelo Musa right in time for cherry season. 

Paying homage to tradition and innovation, the intricate dessert harmonises a rich Chocolate Biscuit with the refreshing tartness of Sour Cherry Compote infused with Citrus. This is complemented by a Light Vanilla Cream for a subtle sweetness, all within a thin layer of Chocolate that evokes the traditional Chocolate Shavings of the Black Forest cake. Finally, the dessert is finished off with a Shiny Fruit Glaze, providing a brilliant glossy finish.
