Celebrate Emirati Women’s Day In Mouth-Watering Style With Akabeko’s Special Lunch Set Featuring A5 Wagyu
We’re sure you’ve heard all about Akabeko, the new bespoke Japanese Yakiniku dining destination located within Voco Hotel on Palm West Dubai. Dubai diners of every demographic are loving the star ingredient of A5 Wagyu beef and to celebrate Emirati Women’s Day Akabeko is offering a special 3 course lunch menu from 28th until 3rd September for AED 170 per person. Each set also includes a complementary mocktail.
Available from 12PM to 4PM, this limited-edition lunch set features a mouth-watering array of Wagyu dishes with appetisers including Wagyu Gyoza and Wagyu Tartare topped with soy marinated yolk. Yakiniku “grilled meat” lovers will adore the Rib Finger Yakiniku marinated and grilled over Japanese charcoal. For those looking for a cold starter, GyutanSunomono provides a refreshing and tart palate opener.
Main courses are a marvellous affair with wonderful Wagyu featuring in every dish. Guests can choose from Wagyu Katsu Curry Rice with slow cooked wagyu meat, Beko Bao complete with wagyu grilled cuts wrapped in fluffy baos, the spicy and umami filled Soondubu Jjigae or Wagyu Stew filled with tender chunks of meat and served with steamed rice. All mains come with a side salad for added freshness.
You’ll be happy to hear that Wagyu sits out of the final course with a choice of four delicious desserts to round off the meal. Raindrop Cake, Matcha Ice Cream, Matcha Crème Brǔlée, and Yuzu Sorbet will beautifully compliment the savoury flavours of the previous courses.
