Upon arrival, diners will be greeted with a glass of sparkling, garnished with a slice of crisp green apple, evoking nostalgic flavours of Christmas with every sip.
The festive meal begins with delectable starters such as Ostriche con gelatina al Prosecco e caviale, freshly shucked oysters served with a delicate Prosecco gelée and caviar; or Carpaccio di Fassona con Parmigiano, rucola e tartufo nero, thinly sliced beef carpaccio served alongside peppery arugula and black truffle. Moving on to the next course for the evening, guests can savour creamy risotto topped with black truffle and parmesan shavings.
For the mains, diners can choose from three exquisitely prepared dishes such as Fagottino di verdure, a delicate pastry stuffed with asparagus and creamy ricotta garnished with a hint of aromatic truffle; Fitetto di Wagyu con riduzione di Barolo served with perfectly sautéed porcini mushrooms; or Dentice con purèe di zucca, oven-roasted red snapper fillet drizzled with a velvety pumpkin purée.End the meal on a sweet note with indulgent desserts, including Panettone con mascarpone orTiramisù all’Amaretto, a classic dessert loved by everyone, all while sipping on TOTÓ’s carefully curated Italian and international wine list.

Guests can begin their evening with an array of delicious starters, including Millefoglie di melanzane e tartufonero; eggplant with Parmigiano Reggiano cream, tomatoes and black truffle;Ostriche con caviale e fogliod’oro, fresh oysters topped with caviar and edible gold leaf, offering a sophisticated and luxurious touch to the New Year’s Eve celebrations, amongst other options. Following this, guests can savour deliciously creamy risotto topped with white truffle shavings, celebrating white truffle season.
