Created for shared indulgence, the Festive Feasting Menu invites diners to feast as Empress MiMi herself would. The experience begins with Poached Vegetable Wontons, followed by Xiao Long Jewels, an opulent selection of chicken, prawn, king crab, and scallop dumplings. The Lamb and Dumpling Soup offers a comforting taste of tradition, while the signature Wasabi Prawns delivers a vibrant twist of flavour and texture.
For the main course, MiMi’s signature Apple Wood Fired Peking Duck takes centre stage, delicately roasted, carved tableside, and served with homemade pancakes and hoisin sauce. Other highlights include the Trio of Braised Mushrooms with truffle and baby spinach, Sichuan Chicken with cashew nuts, dried chilli and spring onion, and the Crispy Mandarin Beef, glazed in a caramelised hawthorn berry reduction with mandarin zest. Sides of Seasonal Crunchy Vegetables and Olive Fried Rice complete the feast in perfect harmony.
