folly Pops at the ready! folly Brasserie introduces The Botanical Brunch, a new weekend experience launching on 12th April at the lush Address Montgomerie. Hosted in a stunning glasshouse lined with olive trees, the sophisticated brunch blends garden-inspired elegance with elevated dining. Hosted every Saturday and Sunday packages start from AED350 for soft, AED595 for deluxe, and AED795 for premium.
Inspired by the beauty of nature, The Botanical Brunch weaves fresh, garden-driven elements into every part of the experience – from seasonal ingredients and aromatic herbs to infused cocktails and floral touches in the décor. Live music and entertainment set the tone for a vibrant afternoon, perfect for relaxed gatherings with friends and family.
The brunch begins with a generous array of sharing starters, featuring Freshly Shucked Oysters, Beef Tartare with Confit Egg and Caviar, Local Beetroot with Cashew Cream, folly’s Signature Chips and indulgent Wagyu Beignets finished with Fresh Truffle.
Light and vibrant salads follow, including Dorset Crab paired with Apple and Cucumber and Heirloom Tomatoes with Stracciatella and Gazpacho.
For the main event, guests are treated to a duo of show-stopping dishes designed for the table: Beef Wellington with Thyme and Red Wine Jus plus Roast Monkfish served with a Champagne Caviar Butter Sauce. A selection of sides complements the feast, from Velvety Mash and Herb Roasted Parmentier Potatoes to Broccolini with Parmesan and Pine Nuts and Sautéed Kale with Hazelnut Pesto.
To end, desserts are made for sharing, featuring Baked Chocolate with Blood Orange Sorbet, a White Chocolate Pavlova with Raspberry Gelato and Olive Oil Ice Cream with a Sourdough Crisp. A trolley of European Cheeses rounds off the experience for those seeking a final indulgence.
