Nobu By The Beach At Atlantis The Royal Unveils A Luxurious Night Swim Experience, Offering An Elevated Take On Summer Fridays
Nobu by the Beach, Nobu’s first pool and beach club in the world, launches ‘Night Swim’ at Atlantis The Royal, its moonlit dip-and-dine experience where curated DJ sets, shimmering waters, and Nobu’s signature Japanese cuisine come together under the stars. Taking place every Friday from 8:00pm onwards, with prices starting at AED 150 per person, this experience offers the perfect blend of relaxation and sophistication at the city’s most stylish location to see and be seen.
Guests can look forward to taking in the striking view of Atlantis The Royal and the stunning Skyblaze Fountain show as they enjoy a dip in the beautifully lit lagoon pool, then retreat to the poolside tables to indulge in Nobu-style bite-sized culinary delights. Think crispy shiitake salad with goma truffle dressing, signature black cod butter lettuce, yellowtail jalapeño, wagyu beef sliders, and creamy spicy rock shrimp tempura. For a cooling treat after an indulgent poolside dinner, diners can delight in delicious homemade mochi or Kokonutsu, coconut sorbet served in its shell, accompanied by coconut cake, tapioca pearls, and mango mint compote.
Diners are also invited to explore the curated cocktail programme at Nobu by the Beach. Designed to reinvent the traditional, the beverages feature innovative techniques, unique styles of serve, and balanced flavours, which combine traditional Japanese and Peruvian ingredients to create refreshing yet easy-to-drink cocktails.
Night Swim at Nobu by the Beach takes place every Friday throughout the summer, from 8:00pm to 11:00pm, featuring live DJ performances.
