TATTU Sky Pool Launches “Lotus & Rose” A Luxury Ladies Experience 76 Floors Above The City

This January, TATTU Sky Pool introduces Lotus & Rosé, its first-ever midweek social designed for women, in a high-energy setting above the city. Launching on 27th January, the weekly ladies’ experience takes place every Tuesday from 7PM to 11PM, bringing women together for an elevated evening of flowing rosé, curated dining and a DJ-led soundtrack designed to set the tone from sun down through to late night.

Set against sweeping skyline views 76 floors above the city, the new luxury social evening invites guests to dine either al fresco around fire pits on cooler nights or indoors, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame incredible marina and Bluewaters views. Guests can enjoy a curated free-flow of selected wines and prosecco, with the option to upgrade to Moët & Chandon Champagne, alongside a thoughtfully crafted three-course menu for a seamless evening of dining and drinks.

The menu reflects TATTU’s modern Asian culinary style, beginning with a curated selection of starters including Salmon Roll with torched salmon and wasabi salsa, Seven-Spiced Seared Tuna with truffle aioli and caviar, or Salt & Pepper Aubergine with garlic and cherry hoisin. Mains are offered as a selection including Asian BBQ Chicken and Sea Bass Fillet with miso glaze, concluding with Japanese Doughnuts finished with green matcha and white chocolate.

Priced at AED 275 per person, the experience includes a three-course menu and two hours of free-flow rosé with a Moët & Chandon Champagne upgrade available for AED 250. Inspired by the lotus and rose in Chinese culture, which symbolise purity and renewal, Lotus & Rosé offers a refined midweek ritual high above the city.
