This Dubai Fitness Challenge, Time Out Market Dubai is teaming up with Dubai-based wellness studio POSTURE. to introduce a series of intimate Saturday morning fitness sessions, bringing movement, mindfulness and great food together against the stunning backdrop of Downtown Dubai. Kicking off on Saturday, 7th November at 8:30AM, the weekly sessions will take place on the Market’s iconic outdoor terrace, offering guests the opportunity to start their weekend with an energising workout overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, followed by a breakfast experience.

Designed to encourage guests to embrace movement and mindful living as part of the city’s Dubai Fitness Challenge, the collaboration will feature a rotating programme of classes led by POSTURE.’s fully comprehensive Pilates and Yoga Teachers. Each Saturday will introduce a different discipline, from Classical Pilates with Founder Elle Sawyer, Vinyasa Yoga with Lead Yoga Teacher Hatti Williams and Contemporary Pilates with Ellie Robinson.

Following each session, guests will be invited to refuel with a specially curated breakfast menu, featuring a selection of food and beverage options. Each ticket includes one dish and one beverage of their choice, with refreshments also served immediately after the workout, giving participants time to unwind before enjoying breakfast.

Priced at AED 260 per person, the experience brings together fitness, food and community, offering a refreshing way to make the most of Saturday mornings while taking part in the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
