The menu promises a night of celebration and indulgence where guest can relish the festive spirit through 3 courses. Appetizers include Stamp and Go crunchy fish fritters served with tartar sauce, a homey Island Flavour Chicken Soup, Double Tostones (crispy double-fried plantains) and a Tropical Delight salad topped with plantain crisps and served with dijonette dressing for a zesty twist.Diners can feast on main courses like Jam Rock Teriyaki Salmon served with coconut basmati rice and garden vegetables, Caribbean Chicken Parmigiana with fetuccine Pomodoro, Veggie Pâté served with fondant potato and boneless Braised Short Rib with sour cream garlic mash, beans, carrots and beef Au Ju.
