The Classic Chocolate Little Cake is a celebration of timeless flavours, layering moist chocolate sponge with silky vanilla pastry cream, light chocolate mousse, crunchy almond praline and burnt milk crumbs for the perfect balance of richness and texture. Meanwhile, the Bai (Vanilla) Little Cake brings one of Chef Kelvin Cheung’s most beloved Kelvin Cakes into miniature form, combining soft vanilla sponge with brown butter spread, smooth vanilla pastry cream, fragrant Madagascar vanilla mousse and burnt milk crumbs for a dessert that is both nostalgic and beautifully balanced.
