This Valentine’s Day, Bar des Prés invites couples to celebrate love in an unforgettable setting, perched 51 floors above the city. Offering breathtaking panoramic views, this elegant destination sets the perfect scene for a truly special occasion. 

From Monday, February 10th to Sunday, February 16th, guests can indulge in a specially curated Valentine’s Day menu available alongside the à la carte offerings for both lunch and dinner.

Chef Cyril Lignac has thoughtfully curated a selection of exquisite dishes from the menu, including Krystale oysters with beurre blanc kombu ponzu, Tacos de crabe royal with curry rémoulade and Oscietra caviar, and Chutoro sashimi with crispy radishes and sakura flower vinaigrette. For mains, enjoy the indulgent Grilled A4 wagyu entrecôte with green pepper cream, mashed potatoes, and black truffle, accompanied by decadent sides like Crispy pommes Anna with black truffle. To complete the romantic experience, savor the “Cœur fondant,” a luscious dessert featuring raspberry, almond biscuit, lime zest, and hazelnut praline.
