Featuring three movement-focused fitness classes, guests can choose between cycling, yoga, and AquaFit. Those who would rather visit the facilities on their own also have the option to sign up for general gym access, allowing them to enjoy Veo’s fitness facilities and work out at their own pace.
A selection of HARVST coffee and matcha will be available to guests registered for the classes as well, offering a refreshing pause alongside the morning’s activities.

Beginning at 11:00 AM, the Yoga & Sound Healing session will combine guided movement with soothing sound to create a moment of calm amid the energy of the city. HARVST bottled coffee and matcha will complement the experience, adding a refreshing touch to the morning.
