Vini E Cucina TOTO Dubai

Nestled in the heart of Dubai, amidst the hustling and bustling of the city, TOTÓ Vini e Cucina is set to elevate its dining experience with a touch of luxury and sophistication. Diners are welcome to add white truffle to any of their favourite dishes, but it is best paired with creamy dishes. An exceptionally rare culinary ingredient, the Tartufo Bianco (Tuber Magnatum Pico) white truffle has been carefully selected by Chef Angelo Santi, head chef at TOTÓ Vini e Cucina, for its delicious garlicky flavour.

This seasonal delicacy is found only from September to December, growing naturally in select regions of Italy, including Piedmont, Tuscany and Lombardy. Their growth depends on specific trees and is influenced by natural elements such as humidity, soil minerals, sunlight and rainfall, making each truffle unique in its taste and smell.
