Head to Bordo Mavi and try their new specials, with a menu that moves between Mediterranean seafood and local flavours. The Octopus with Kalamata Olive Emulsion pairs Fremantle octopus with a rich olive emulsion, avocado and Arabic bread, while the Emirati Monger’s Lunch takes inspiration from the UAE’s love for seafood, pairing mixed grilled seafood with rice, crispy onion and harissa.

September brings a fresh selection of new dishes to SLRP, with each location introducing its own seasonal additions. At SLRP Yas Mall, discover the Hamachi Grab, with hamachi, avocado, tobiko and sushi rice, alongside the Jasheed Donburi, where baby shark meets kabsa rice, aji honey truffle mayo and spiced seaweed. At SLRP Dubai Mall, the new Beef Tartare Grab brings together dry-aged beef tenderloin, gochujang mayo and yuzu kosho, while the Jasheed Donburi makes its way onto the menu here too. Over at SLRP 06 Mall, the Wagyu Shish Barak puts a contemporary spin on a familiar Middle Eastern classic, with wagyu shish barak served with cooked laban, spicy wagyu mix and umami garlic.

We all have our 3Fils favorite, but this September we give you 5 more reasons to visit the cult-favourite. In Abu Dhabi, the Kani Krunch Salad combines snow crab, cucumber, grilled sweet corn, tobiko and crispy quinoa, while the Miso Cod Mash pairs black cod with shallot, Parmesan mash, miso and yuzu. For something refreshing, try the new Yuzu Soda with homemade lemongrass cordial, yuzu and soda water. In Dubai, new dishes include the Tuna Katsu Sando, with panko-crusted tuna, tamago-miso spread and kombu sauerkraut, and the Wagyu Ribeye + Marrow Steak, served with three-peppercorn sauce and veal bone marrow.
