This special evening will feature Bangkok’s acclaimed Opium, ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Bars, to bring its signature energy and unique cocktail craftsmanship to the heart of DIFC.

Opium’s master bartender Matteo Cadeddu will be flying in specially for this occasion, transforming Sexy Fish’s striking bar into a Bangkok-inspired stage. Guests will be welcomed with a Nitro Garibaldi, a mix of campari, coconut flower water, orange and kalamansi, before exploring the one-off menu of Campari creations that captures the perfect balance of bitter and sweet behind a great Negroni. Highlights include the Pyrolysed Negroni; malfy gin, pyrolysed campari and bianco vermouth, the Americano Sveglaito; featuring campari, rosso vermouth, cold brew coffee and co2, the refreshing Tutti Frutti; ratafia, pyrolysed campari, strawberry water, and sparkling water, and Adernis; rosso vermouth, strawberry water, madeira, priced at AED 45 per drink. 

Making this takeover one of the season’s most anticipated Negroni Week happenings, each guest will receive Sexy Fish’s signature chopstick holder painted in Campari’s metallic red, as a stylish keepsake.
