TATTU Dubai Celebrates Grand Opening Across Three Iconic Levels
TATTU Dubai lit up the city’s social scene on Thursday, 8th October, with the biggest party of the season, marking the official unveiling of its three immersive dining destinations – TATTU Restaurant & Bar (Level 74), TATTU Sky Pool (Level 76), and TATTU Sky Lounge & Terrace (Level 81) – high above the skyline at Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG, the world’s tallest hotel upon opening.
The evening brought together an exclusive guest list of VIPs, media, influencers, and tastemakers for a night of elevated experiences and unforgettable moments, celebrating the arrival of Dubai’s most talked-about new dining and lifestyle destination. Against a backdrop of 360° skyline views, guests journeyed across all three levels, exploring the distinct concepts and atmospheres that make TATTU Dubai unlike anything else in the region.
The celebrations began at TATTU Restaurant & Bar with signature cocktails and contemporary Asian canapés before moving to TATTU Sky Pool – home to the world’s highest infinity pool – for cocktails beneath the stars with live DJ performances and a headline act from DJ Antonis. The night culminated at TATTU Sky Lounge on Level 81, where panoramic city views set the stage for high-energy entertainment, crafted cocktails, and late-night celebrations with DJ Frederick Stone.

Where the TATTU story begins in Dubai, the restaurant occupies the 74th floor, inviting guests into a dramatic realm of ancient mythology and modern mastery. Opulent interiors meet floor-to-ceiling windows, framing breathtaking views of Dubai Marina and The Palm. The culinary offering is equally elevated, with refined à la carte and tasting menus celebrating the evolution of Modern Chinese and Japanese cuisine – from signature dishes like Shanghai Black Cod with hoisin, ginger and lime, to Seven Spiced Seared Tuna topped with truffle aioli and caviar, and indulgent Wagyu Short Rib Mini Bao. Guests can enjoy a business lunch with two courses for AED 149 or two courses with a drink for AED 195. Level 74 features a range of thoughtfully designed spaces. Two private dining rooms offer an intimate escape, while the Sunset Lounge provides the perfect setting for pre-dinner cocktails, presenting a curated menu of exclusive creations across Dubai Signatures, and TATTU icons.
Ascending to the 76th floor, TATTU Sky Pool is set to become Dubai’s most coveted leisure destination as the world’s highest infinity pool. This open-air sanctuary features 50 plush daybeds, premium bottle service, and a Japanese Restaurant with a fusion menu designed for poolside bites from sunrise to sundown. Bringing sky high glamour, there will be a curated beverage selection – sparkling teas, fizzes and spritz, enhances the immersive poolside experience. Morning rituals begin with breakfast and tranquil lounging, followed by lunch where guests can enjoy two courses for AED 149. Afternoons and evenings transition seamlessly with the sunset, bringing vibrant energy to this sky-high setting, complete with DJ-led events. Pricing starts from AED 300, with a choice of single beds or cabanas.
TATTU Sky Lounge & Terrace – Level 81
Atop Ciel Dubai Marina, the Sky Lounge and 360° outdoor terrace is the crescendo of the TATTU Dubai experience. As the world’s highest fully air-conditioned open-air terrace, it redefines the city’s skyline with cinematic views in every direction. The menu draws inspiration from Dubai’s history as a luxury trading post, weaving together spices, teas and precious metals. By day, guests can indulge in Afternoon Tea from AED 175 with optional champagne upgrades. Guests can also experience the best sunset in Dubai from 5pm – 8pm with two cocktails and a Chef’s Platter for AED 195. As night falls, the venue transforms into a high-energy lounge where curated music, DJ sets and crafted cocktails create a destination that is simply captivating.
