Dubai’s Next Culinary Icon: Nobu One Za’abeel Set To Open January 2026
One&Only One Za’abeel is set to elevate Dubai’s dining scene with the highly anticipated opening of Nobu One Za’abeel in January 2026, marking the next chapter in the globally celebrated Nobu legacy. Located within The Link—the world’s longest cantilevered building—Nobu One Za’abeel will showcase the brand’s iconic Japanese cuisine infused with Peruvian influences in a striking new setting, combining breathtaking views, refined design, and Nobu’s unmistakable culinary philosophy.
Inside Nobu One Za’abeel, the design draws from an opulent palette of tactile materials—black cerused oak, oil-rubbed bronze and brass, embossed leather, Calacatta Cielo marble, Breccia Antica stone, and bespoke liquid metal art panels—creating a dramatic yet refined atmosphere enhanced by warm lighting and subtle gold-leaf accents.
As evening transitions to night, the experience evolves. The vibrant bar and lounge will transform into an elevated late-night destination, complete with a curated soundtrack by leading DJs and extended opening hours—introducing a dynamic, after-hours expression of the Nobu brand not found in any other Nobu worldwide.
This immersive environment sets the stage for Nobu’s signature culinary artistry, where guests will enjoy iconic dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, Nobu’s world-famous sushi, and premium Wagyu. The menu will also feature exclusive creations developed especially for Nobu One Za’abeel, reflecting the venue’s distinctive atmosphere.
Dishes include Umami Mediterranean Seabass Tomato Dashi Ponzu, Amadai Ginger Shiso Ponzu, and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin Shiitake Millefeuille Tozasu, complemented by thoughtful design details such as black quartzite finishes and soft light-oak touches. The result is a space that honours Nobu’s global DNA while introducing a bold, contemporary expression tailored for Dubai’s most anticipated new dining destination.
Situated within The Link—One Za’abeel’s 230-metre cantilevered sky concourse—Nobu will join an exceptional collection of globally acclaimed dining concepts that continue to shape Dubai’s culinary landscape. The Link is home to Michelin-starred La Dame de Pic by Anne-Sophie Pic, Tapasake, the Japanese-Mediterranean restaurant set alongside the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool, Culinara Social Dining, an elevated food hall, and the Riviera-inspired Aelia.
With its striking glass exterior, panoramic 360° views, and array of elevated lifestyle and dining experiences, One Za’abeel stands as one of Dubai’s most forward-thinking architectural and gastronomic destinations.
A global icon with 57 restaurants worldwide, Nobu—founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper—continues to shape modern Japanese cuisine through its timeless blend of technique, innovation, and distinctive presentation. With the opening of Nobu One Za’abeel, the brand unveils an extraordinary new dining experience within one of Dubai’s most visionary developments.
