This year’s celebration introduces Golden Caravans, a refined festive concept that reimagines Blume’s interiors in gold tones and warm lighting, setting the scene for an evening of style, dining, and entertainment. Guests can expect an elegant atmosphere, live DJ performances, and a front-row view of the iconic Burj Khalifa fireworks, all in true Blume fashion.

This year’s New Year’s Eve menu celebrates the art of modern dining with dishes such as Caviar & Burrata Brûlée, Wagyu Tartare, and Foie Gras Truffle Börek with Truffle Honey, followed by exquisite mains like Charcoal-Grilled Wagyu Tenderloin and Duck Leg Confit with Winter Roots.
