25 Jump Street: Dubai’s First Licensed Entertainment Street Is Coming

Dubai welcomes its first licensed street with the arrival of 25 Jump Street at One Central Dubai. Situated behind 25hours Hotel One Central, this new destination will house a collection of restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues…

The project comes from 7 Management, the team behind successful Dubai venues like Bagatelle, Em Sherif, February 30, Limonata, and Seven Sisters. CEO and founder Rabih Fakhreddine envisions the space as an “urban lifestyle collective” that will host regular events throughout the year.

While specific details about the individual venues remain private for now, the street (formerly known as East Park) aims to create a unique social hub for both residents and visitors. The opening date is yet to be announced, though with winter temperatures settling in, we anticipate the street will open its doors soon.
