Akira Back, W Dubai – The Palm’s award-winning dining destination recognised by the Michelin Guide Dubai 2022 – 2025, invites guests on an extraordinary culinary journey with the launch of the Time Capsule Menu – a six-course experience celebrating the milestones of Chef Akira Back’s career.

Available daily from 7PM onwards until the end of October, the Time Capsule Menu takes diners on a gastronomic voyage through time, with each course reflecting a different era of Chef Akira’s journey, from his formative years at Kenichi in Aspen to the Michelin-acclaimed kitchens of London and Seoul. Starting in the present and moving backward through time, the menu pays homage to Akira Back’s fearless creativity, his signature Japanese-Korean fusion, and the defining moments that shaped his international success.
