Amazónico Dubai invites guests on a multisensory journey with the return of its signature brunch, an indulgent escape into tropical gastronomy, live entertainment, and dynamic beats. As the outdoor season comes alive, DIFC’s vibrant rainforest-inspired hotspot transforms every Saturday into a lively celebration from 12pm to 4:30pm, with the festivities continuing at the lounge bar section from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
At the heart of this immersive experience is an expertly curated menu by Group Executive Chef Diego Sánchez Vargas. The feast begins with a selection of fresh, vibrant starters, including Ginshake Nigiri, where king salmon meets banana miso cream and chives, alongside Arepas con Carne, a white corn arepa filled with succulent pulled veal and spicy avocado. Guests can then savour mains that reflect the Amazon’s bold culinary spirit, with options like the tender, flame-grilled Baby Chicken or the delicately balanced Sea Bass Romesco. To round off the experience, the dessert selection brings an indulgent finale with choices such as Dulce de Leche milk cake, Tres Leches de Arequipe, or Pina Rostizada—a quimbolito cake accompanied by roasted caramelized pineapple and coconut sorbet.
Elevating the ambiance, Amazónico’s resident and guest DJs curate the soundtrack of the afternoon, blending electrifying Latin house beats with immersive live percussion performances. The lounge comes alive from 1:30 PM as the music seamlessly weaves through the three-story venue, setting the tone for an afternoon of vibrant energy and uninhibited revelry. As the sun sets, the celebration extends to the Paraíso Rooftop Lounge, where guests can sip on signature cocktails and soak in the lush surroundings, ensuring the rhythm never fades.
