A new chapter in Dubai’s rooftop scene has arrived called AYA The Rooftop. Home to an infinity pool perched atop Mileo The Palm on Palm Jumeirah, AYA is poised between sea and skyline. The destination invites guests to experience a space where cultures, flavours, and moments converge high above the city. 

AYA blends the exotic mystique of Asian spices with the sun-kissed vibrancy of the Mediterranean, creating a culinary narrative designed to surprise and delight. It’s a place where laid-back afternoons give way to golden sunsets and lively nights under Dubai’s starlit sky. 

Open to the public daily from 7pm to 11pm, AYA offers a refined dinner experience featuring a carefully curated menu that brings together the best of land and sea. Guests can expect exquisite starters such as delicate red prawn carpaccio, scallop tiradito and freshly shucked oysters; sushi rolls prepared with finesse; and signature mains like wagyu short ribs, Dover sole à la meunière and pistachio-crusted seabass. The menu reflects AYA’s signature philosophy — a balance of elegance, flavour and cultural storytelling. 

The culinary experience is paired with a bar programme rooted in simplicity and craft, where Asian infusions meet Mediterranean botanicals to create cocktails that tell stories in every sip. Combined with the sweeping views of Palm Jumeirah, AYA sets the stage for Dubai’s next must-visit rooftop destination.
