With truffle season in full swing, diners are invited to indulge in an exclusive menu expertly crafted by Michelin-starred chef, Chef Jean Imbert, and the exceptionally talented Chef Étienne Lafaille, where each dish is thoughtfully designed to celebrate the rich and distinctive flavours of truffle. Additionally, throughout the dining experience, Chef Jean Imbert will personally guide diners through the menu, offering in-depth insights and information about the truffle as well as highlighting how other ingredients used in the dish enhance the unique yet complex flavour profile of truffles, making it a gastronomic experience unlike any other. Diners can pick from dishes such as Angus Beef Tartare with black truffle, Seared Foie-Gras with mushroom foam and black truffle, Black Truffle Taglioni, and the iconic Chocolate Soufflé Tart with winter black truffle and vanilla bean ice cream, to name a few.

Experience an exclusive evening with winemaker Daniel Nierpoort, who will guide diners through a handpicked selection of the family’s critically acclaimed wines from Portugal’s most celebrated regions, including Bairrada, Dão and the Douro. Founded in 1842 and with a legacy spanning six generations, Nierpoort is renowned for seamlessly blending time-honoured traditions such as foot-treading methods with cutting-edge winemaking techniques to produce the finest wines.
Taking place on Friday, January 24th, from 7:30 p.m. onwards, guests are invited to savour the rich notes of Nierpoort wine, including the sparkling ÁGUA VIVA (100% Baga), Baga Friends: Poeirinho 2020, Vintage Port 1987, Redoma Tinto 2021, Redoma Branco 2023, and VV Vinhas Velhas 2019. These exquisite wines will be tastefully paired by a selection of Riviera by Jean Imbert’s signature dishes where guests are guaranteed a celebration of Portuguese winemaking and Chef Jean Imbert’s culinary artistry.
