The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority manages 8 public libraries in Dubai. They are

- Al Rashidiya Library
- Al Safa Art and Design Library
- Al Twar Library
- Hatta Public Library
- Hor Al Anz Library
- Umm Suqeim Library
There is a membership registration service you can avail of to borrow materials from Dubai public libraries and the Digital Library, use the Internet for free and get library services with lower fees for a period of five years. You can apply for the membership through the Dubai Public Libraries App or the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority’s libraries page.
All branches of the Dubai Public Library are connected via computer systems and have links with other modern libraries, providing people access to an extensive collection of resources for knowledge on a wide variety of subjects in both Arabic and English.
